Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the day of booking you will be charged half price of initial cleaning. If you need to cancel for any reason PLEASE call me 24 hours ahead of your booking time. please have all animals crated before arrival or before staff enters home. WE DO NOT PICK UP AFTER ANY ANIMALS for hazardous reasons.
